The Pentagon Centre forms part of Chatham’s prime retail pitch, occupying a 2.81 hectare site which includes the major town centre car parks. The property comprises a purpose-built covered shopping centre with 1,105 car parking spaces and a retail area on two levels totalling 30,598 sq.m. Major tenants include Sainsbury’s, Wilkinsons, Boots and New Look.
The Pentagon Shopping Centre is owned by Irish investors and Bride Hall were appointed strategic asset managers in 2010.
In conjunction with the Local Authority, a development brief has been prepared to identify the potential for significant improvement to the retail provision in Chatham, focusing on the Pentagon Centre and the adjacent centre.
Bride Hall will be coordinating the progress of these opportunities with the relevant authorities to promote Chatham as the retail heart of this region, to the benefit of the Pentagon Centre.
